Pay Grade:
Grade 3 (Spinal Column Points 5 to 6) £23,500 to £23,893
Salary / Actual Part Time Salary:
£20, 731 per annum based on the part time calculations shown below, assuming a new appointee to SCP5 with no continuous service
Hours Per Week:
Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week (generally 08:00 to 16:00 with one day adjusted by 30 minutes)
Contract Type:
Term time only plus one extra week - 40 weeks plus holiday allowance remuneration

Details:
With a view to starting as soon as possible after interview, we are looking to appoint a General Admin Clerk to work in the busy office environment here at Greystones Primary School.
The person we are hoping to appoint will be comfortable in using a wide range of computer-based programs and systems, and will be able to use these along with their warm personality and friendly disposition to provide superior professional service to all the school's parents, staff, children and the wider local community.
Someone with experience of working in a school environment would have an advantage, but this isn't essential. Training and coaching across the wide range of tasks and responsibilities will be gvien to the successful candidate.
Please note that in respect of flexible working, this is not a role that can be fulfilled remotely as the main responsibilities will be carried out based in the school public-facing welcome desk environment, on a face to face basis with those needing assistance.
