Extended School Coordinator
Grade 5 - Spinal Column Points 15 (£23,541) to 20 (£25,991)
Monday to Friday 11:45am to 18:15 daily - 30 hours per week (includes 30 minutes unpaid break time each day)
The working hours are specific due to the nature of the role and when the extended school activities occur in the school day.
Term time plus two weeks - 40 weeks plus holiday allowance remuneration
Based on the above, the successful candidate will be appointed on an actual salary of between £16,743 and £18,902 per annum on commencement of the role.

Required from 16 April 2021 or as soon as possible after that date, the school governors are seeking to appoint an Extended School Coordinator to coordinate the ongoing development and implementation of the Extended School provision at Greystones Primary School.
The role will substantively cover the administration and management of the After School Club provision and its staff team, but will also have direct responsibility and overview of all extended school activities, and will administrate and liaise with external providers for all aspects of the extended provision on offer here at Greystones.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in administration and small team leadership, but who also has flare and creative skills for developing the provisions on offer and its staff; securing wider engagement with the school community as a whole. The appointee will need to be proficient in the use of IT and have a good basic knowledge of financial accounting and budget management.
